1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from Exotic Scavengers you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase live animals. We reserve the right to refuse any sale where local laws prohibit ownership or where the buyer cannot demonstrate adequate husbandry knowledge.
3. Live Animal Sales
All animals are captive-bred and sold as healthy at the time of dispatch. A live arrival guarantee applies — see our Guarantees page for full details. Animals must be acclimated within 2 hours of receipt.
4. Pricing & Payments
Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Payment is captured at checkout. We accept major credit cards and securely tokenized payment methods.
5. Shipping
Live animals ship overnight, Tuesday–Thursday only, weather permitting. Supplies ship within 1–2 business days via standard carriers.
6. Returns
Supplies may be returned unused within 30 days. Live animals are not returnable but are covered under the live arrival and 7-day health guarantee.
7. Limitation of Liability
Exotic Scavengers is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from animal care decisions made after delivery. Always consult a qualified reptile veterinarian.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on this page.
